We bought a property based on being able to install a swimming pool, there were three options, a liner, block/brick, render and tile or composite one piece. Swimming pools are not cheap and you want to be able to enjoy and not be looking for the next cost replacing a liner or re-tiling. Costs of running a pool are of course just as important. There was no hard sell, we were looked after from start to finish and now have a great ongoing relationship with Compass. We have offered our pool as a show pool for any potential purchaser and would be more than happy to independently discuss anything that we have experienced.
