Earlier this month, my wife and I went to Jim Ellis Buick GMC Atlanta. Upon entering the showroom, we were greeted by two friendly smiling faces. Sales Manager, Dwight Wood and Product Specialist, Blake Kenya made a great first impression with us! It s rare to feel so welcome by such professional people right away. Variable Operations Director, John Gribbins also stopped by to say hello during our visit. Once we agreed on the sale price, Dwight Wood came back by to thank us for becoming a customer. This was a nice touch that is also rare these days.

The final step of our experience was with Finance Director, Sam Afeworki. He was very professional and made the closing process as quick and painless as possible. While we were waiting for our new vehicle to be cleaned and brought to the front, we were left with one more lasting impression of our visit.
