Over the last few months, Critical Care MedFlight has transported my mom twice. The team of coordinators, pilots, and medics were excellent.

When she decided to discontinue treatment and return to Florida to enter Hospice care, the team even worked to arrange a "detour" to go by my mom's house one last time. Because we weren't sure how she'd handle the flight, we kept the detour a secret until we pulled into the driveway. Everyone was in on the secret and she was truly surprised. They granted my mom two of her dying wishes that day. 1) To return to Florida and 2) to say goodbye to her home of nearly 50 years.

There is no way I could ever thank them enough for everything they did for my mom.
