Our backyard borders the water. Even though the land is fully owned by us, the water board apparently thought it was a good idea to mow away our reed collar, after which they also almost pulled our water pump into the water and mowed the hose themselves. Ridiculous! We order a new one and will send them the invoice. Not a good word for this water board for now!
Called today at 12:13, was told that the one who was ringing was not present. We felt earlier that they did not want to help us because they close at half past twelve. Totally not customer friendly!
I regularly receive letters for someone who is not living at my address (while that person probably receives a good benefit). Now I can receive a second visit from a bailiff (because bills for that person are not paid), while I have already clearly stated several times (including the municipality of Arnhem) that this person is not living at my address. After mentioning it again at the municipality of Arnhem, I wanted to contact the BSR for certainty. But by telephone the BSR is apparently unreachable (you will be put on hold for centuries during 'opening hours') and the contact form will not be answered. They also don't answer the phone after 12.30 .. So it seems weird, it seems to be the case in all municipalities.
