Hilton Garden Inn Worthington Review

This hotel surprised me. We came here on business, but the service was so friendly, we felt like it was a family vacation. Front desk attendant Laurie made all things possible. Rooms are super clean, presentable, and comfortable. We had a 10 day stay, and boy was it a pleasurable experience. Who made the experience the best was Laurie. We will definitely be staying here again. If you decide to stay here, remember Laurie will provide all you need, including info about the area, the best restaurants to dine at, and the locations of the best thing to see here in this area. Thanks Hilton Hotels, and thank you so much Laurie!

Hotel rooms are nice and clean. Excellent service. Brianne was amazing. She was pulling multiple roles, and excelled in all. Try the sweet chili sesame wings.

Clean rooms, always happy to fulfill my petty requests (toilet paper, straws, small plastic bags) with a happy and cheerful mood.

Credits to Chris during the daytime and the girl that does the night audits, I didn't catch her name but she was there every night Sunday to Wednesday.

If I'm ever back in the area or if people ask, I'll direct them to HGI.

Clean rooms. Updated decor. Tv, coffee machine, fridge, sitting area. The entrance and dining areas are clean and nicely kept.

I stay at this hotel a year ago and I love love it.. looking forward to go back sometime this year with my family...they can't wait ...staff was great great..I just love this hotel... room so comfortable I wanted to stay one more night but it was out of my control

Very nice, convenient location. Staff were very courteous and friendly! I'll definitely stay there again when in the area!!!

Friendly service only downside was there was curly hair all over my bed sheets. Definitely not my own and the bed was littered with it. I was assured the room was cleaned and disinfected and the sheets are changed after every guest. I was not thrilled with it but it was a one night stay only. I was not comped or given anything other than an apology. Definitely will not be staying here again.

Chris Gasper is awesome. A true gem in the Hilton Family. Laurie was awesome as well. Quick check-in. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean , sanitized and comfortable as usual. It has become our home away from home.

Very disappointed Laurie is a unprofessional person she gave me the hardest time because a reservation was booked in me and my mom name with a military discount as I am the veteran and my mom was not present. I have all the identification needed and the room was paid with my credit card. I ended up calling the customer care line that booked my reservation and they put me on hold to personally phone Laurie and she took her precious time pretending to assist other customers before picking up the line. The customer care explained to her they had approval for me to get the room yet she continued to not give me the room I literally had to reach out to my mother to drive a distance to get checked in only because my room was non refundable. I'll never come back to this trash hotel or recommend it due to her poor service. Thanks for giving your vets a rough time!

Great location within 6 minutes from the heart of downtown-- Staff was very friend and welcoming! Great breakfast menu---rooms were very clean--Thank you! I will definitely consider returning in the near future.
