If you buy the comprehensive coverage for a used car, beware. We purchased a 2012 focus and paid cash for the vehicle. After 2 weeks (400 miles) the power steering assist went out. When I called the service department, I got the complete runaround. They claim the transaction takes longer to put in the system because we paid cash!!??? This is despite the fact that our contract reads effective the day of the purchase. Total Care has been helpful so far, but they say the dealer is responsible until we put 1500 miles on the car. They are trying to help me get this resolved. They have since resolved my issue in a professional manner and alleviated my problem. Kasey was amazing.
