Just had to walk back home because I set up an oil change appointment 2 weeks ago for a drop off on a monday, I dropped of the tuscon at 9:30, they asked what I would like it done by, I said 3. Giving a reasonable amount of time. 3 o'clock rolls around, no call, I call the service department, no one available, took my name and number, no call. Walk back across 309, they still didn't do my vehicle......... suck
