I tried to order some parts from this place but that did not work out too well. On July 7, 2020, I placed an order for 6 spark plugs and a spark plug wire set. The eta was July 13. July 13 came and the parts have not shipped. I checked the order status online and it showed Ready to Ship. I called the parts department somewhere around July 17 and they said it was going to ship the next day. Those parts have not shipped. I called back on July 27 but this time to cancel the order. They offered to overnight those parts to me the same day. I agreed because I needed those parts. They have not shipped those parts. On July 31, 2020, I called back a third time and this time to cancel the order. They offered the same thing as last time, but I said no. They canceled the order and I got my refund. I went to a local Toyota dealer, paid $30 more, and walked out with 6 spark plugs and a spark plug wire set the same day. I would rather pay a little more than waste my time ordering form this place.
