Jagex has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE that could possibly exist! As some one mentioned earlier they only care about the money... My account is glitched and I cannot get in touch with jagex no matter which method I use, tried calling them and guess what no answer! I emailed them and guess what? NO ONE DID REPLIED TO ME! I don't know how to describe how careless they are.. It is like trying to have a conversation with a pack of noodles... disgusted! They take your money for membership and forget the rest, who cares if some one is having theyr account glitched... Stfu!!!
