I and my wife were waiting in the waiting area for our car to be serviced when a guy on the front desk said hello or something but we misheard as he is asking if he can help; I said no you are fine to which he said I didn t say that, I said Hi and then another guy jumped in the conversation saying you can simply say Hi, which was rude. And then everytime we would pass them they would make weird noises and laugh. This happened on 3 different occasions. It was rude, unprofessional and absolutely unexpected behaviour on the part of Honda employees. I wish they hire people who value their customers and not make a mockery of them.
