I made this visit because I received a phone call from a Hyundai call center stating that JEH needed cars of my make and model. No harm in looking, right? The sales rep that I had my appointment with was double booked and with another customer. His replacement was such a HEAVY smoker that I smelled the old, stale smoke on him before he ever reached 10' from me. The smoker's replacement had such a flaccid handshake that I was not sure on his ability to sell anything. He and i discussed a few cars, and he kept pushing for an option that I was not interested in seeing. What I wanted to see was not available, OR he simply had no interest in showing anything to me. I left a short while later without a new car. Which is a shame, as I was perfectly ready to trade up to one of the SUV's over my current Sonata.
