We had the worst experience ever at this facility....

We had the worst experience ever at this facility. We took our daughter in for emergency mental health care. The social worker was rude, wouldn't listen and completely undermined us as parents. Instead of finding out the details-- she was dismissive. The ER doctor wasn't much better. We had a previous experience at the facility that was wonderful, but this one was so terrible we will never go there again. You go to a hospital for help.... and they send you away. That is not the way this supposed to work. We want to ensure that no one else ever has to go through this type of experience.
