Changed my energy supplier from BG to GNE, everything seemed fine until 4 months in and received a bill from BG - the gas account had never transferred over even though I was paying a monthly direct debit for. After trying many times by phone, email, and chat I was told don't worry we will fix it and don't pay the bill to BG we will sort it out. One month later and I received a letter from BG saying they were sending a debt collection agency after me for non payment! After trying multiple times again to get in touch with GNE eventually I was told by a different person that I actually need to pay my bill, it has nothing to do with GNE. My credit rating has now been affected - thanks GNE
