This hospital is the worst hospital I've ever been...

This hospital is the worst hospital I've ever been to. I've been stuck on an uncomfortable chair in the hallway in the ER for about 20 hours. I have a condition that makes sitting upright very painful. Have spoken with multiple nurses, none of whom were willing to speak to their higher ups about breaking this stupid policy because of my legitimate medical needs.
