The wellness center here is one of the best place to workout for me, I am a quadriplegic so going to a regular gym isn t as convenient, this gym is very accessible for me and others who has suffered a life changing injury or trauma, such as a stroke, traumatic brain injury, etc... this place has help me in so many ways, at first I was in a wheelchair for almost 4years and now after 6 years I am able to walk with the help of not only the gym but the people here, I now have so many friends who understand how difficult life is, I m not saying that by going to this gym that you will walk but it will help you in so many ways because each injury is different, I hope a pray that everyone does heals completely, remember it is said if you don t use it you lose it and I believe that 100%, if you don t try you will never know.
