Facility might not be in the best state but the customer service is beyond comparable. First time for us at Radissons, booked it due to it's proximity to the ICC.
Of note, on site restaurant only serves breakfast and there's no room service for other meals either which is not made clear on the website. Wouldn't have mattered as much if we weren't travelling with a baby because there's endless food options in the vicinity.
Pool and spa need a major upgrade and clean.
All in all what the facility lacked in it's state it made up for in it's 'cutomer satisfaction garuntee' moto. Would've been a great place to return to if maintenance/upkeep could be looked into.
