ACV

Just like any other auction, they have their profit as first priority in front of the customer. We had a great experience with ACV up until the COVID-19 situation. We bought a truck GREEN LIGHT and the condition report stated that the truck DIDN'T HAVE A ROUGH IDLE. As soon as the vehicle was delivered, we could see the rough idle as the delivery driver was unloading the truck. So, not sure how their inspector missed that. And now we're stuck with a $3,400 repair with no help from ACV. Update: We have now gotten stuck with another repair that was mis-represented by their condition report on a separate vehicle.
