Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They know it doesn't matter if you ware angry b/c there is no competition. The charge whatever they want, have confusing bills and billing cycles. I was basically meant to feel like a deadbeat, constantly interrupted and treated like scum. This is one of the worst and most hated companies in Toledo but they don't care bc they are bullies and thugs.
