1- I had a really hard time getting through to the...

1- I had a really hard time getting through to their maintenance department (about 10 minutes). Once I did, they were able to answer my question and I came in for service.
2- Drove in and could not get anyone's attention. They were busy, so its understandable. So I spoke with the windshield guy for about 10 minutes then finally was able to get a service manager to help schedule service. I still like their service department...
3- Sales department is shady, I walked their car lot a couple of times looking for a specific vehicle listed on KSL, listed over the weekend and I could not find it. I was able to finally get the attention of a salesman, he mentioned that it had just been listed, 4 hours ago so it probably was outback. He was basically correct... the ad had just been reposted 4 hours ago. He still could not find it. So he comes back and has the used car Manager state that it had been sold wholesale due to a bad engine. If it was sold... why is the ad for it reposted?
