Americana was a great experience. The waterpark was fun for our 2.5 year old and us. We started in the wave pool, our LO got scared, but moved from the baby pool and worked our way back to the wave pool also on the play structure fun. They had a variety of pools/activities for our son to progress with which level he was comfortable with. I can see us going back and we can enjoy the hot tub, slides and more.

I did read a bunch of reviews on the bad service and it was a concern, but felt the team there was making a true effort to change that - U Matter . the staff were very friendly and helpful. Maybe this was a issue before, but I am glad to see they took those complaints serious and fixed it.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Dont expect a Hilton or Hyatt, they are more a Holiday Inn style. I liked that our room connected to the other friends we went with, I would ask for this again. We did call a day in advance for this.

A few more notes on what I would have liked to know - Parking was crazy busy mid day. They have a Freshco and lots of food places close by.
