Staff was very kind, place was clean. Decor was great, with good puzzles. Only issue is that multiple components were not properly working (many attempts with staff help to work one component, another component triggered early and led us down the wrong path then staff had to reset it, and another one had to be lined up in an unclear way that just wasted time), and one clue was poorly worded, where if followed correctly you were unable to fine the clue.
Has the potential to be a fun little room, but instead was just frustrating.
