On Wednesday the 30th I was trying to find the restaurant I was suppose to met my partner and his family for dinner but in the bitter cold my phone stopped working thus I had no map. I was terribly underdressed and temperatures were well below negative. I was very lost and didn t know what to do so I walk into your west 40th street location to find help. There I found two wonderful door greeters that warmed my phone with their space heater so I could call my party. While waiting they let me stand in the warm lobby and talked with me so I could calm down. I was so worried that they would kick me out after learning I was not a guest at your hotel but they were so kind. I did not get their names but I hope some way you can find out who they were and reward them for their great services!
