Frustrating and costly. Our 3 year old LG fridge died and was irrepairable. When we called to see if they would do anything for us for discount on a replacement, they gave us a runaround for over a week and then convieniently lost our case. When we finally reached a manager to discuss our frustrations, she could not have cared less. Needless to say we will never purchase another LG of any kind again.
