I have had multiple visits by U.S. Waterproofing, to fix multiple leaks. Two of the three leaks that were fixed from the outside, started leaking again. But for a $100 truck charge they came back and fixed them from the inside. The other three leaks I had, were fixed initially from the inside and have not leaked yet. This is over a 10 year period. This last leak was a new one, and the two technicians showed up on time, and completed their work in about two hours. They were polite, and cleaned up after themselves. Now I am just waiting for the next rainfall to see how well it works. I would highly recommend U.S. Waterproofing to anyone. I called Perma Seal initially 10 years ago, the salesman came out gave me an estimate but never called me again. No problem like that with U.S.Waterproofing.
