Had an horrible experience! Saw a used car I liked, test drive it and then had my uncle which was a mechanic check it out. There was some issue with the car but was okay to buy. So I tried lowering the price, they didn't feel like there was a need to lower the price. So I left. A few days later they called me and gave me a price that was somewhat near my offer, and I asked the salesman (Chris Norton) is that included with tax? (asked this twice) He said yes to me on the phone (he said yes twice), but they can only do this discount for me if I purchase the car that day. So I told my manager to give me a few hours off from work to do this. I work in a restaurant and we close late so this was my only option. When I got the place, the salesman (Chris Norton) sat me down to do a credit check, took 1 1/2 hour to get it check. He comes back to go over the other fees I have to pay, taxes and document fee and title fees. I was confuse to hear this, I was in the understanding that I didn't need to pay taxes and that it was already included in the price. So I asked him why I was charged for tax again, he claimed that the tax was never included. He then proceed to get rude with me and take my original offer for the car asked me, "Is this the price you wanted out the door? You know how ridiculous you sound right now?" At that point, he was just basically calling me an idiot and I did not stand for it, so I got up and went right out the door. I was planning on giving them more customers if the whole process went smoothly and there was no lying and rudeness in between, Cause I have 2 other uncle that was in the market for buying a new car but they can forget about getting business from us. Never will I return here again or purchasing a car from them.
