The folks at 4 Degrees are truly wonderful. The last company that managed our Home Owners Association were terrible; unreachable by phone, unwilling to deliver on commitments (like snow removal) and charged fees so high it was impossible to ever catch up.

The folks at 4 Degrees are literally a phone call away. I spoke with Christina about the astronomical fees charged by the previous company, and she was very kind and reassured me we would find a solution that works for both parties. I also discussed the lack of snow removal and the inability to reach the previous company. Christina also assured me this would not be a problem going forward.

Highly recommended.
