I appreciate their efforts, but they caused more damage than good. The entire ceiling collapsed after having several guys were in and out of the attic all day adding additional insulation. Perhaps they missed a step in their process in determining how much to add or maybe they used the wrong type of insulation. Maybe they damaged the integrity of the ceiling unintentionally or just chose to chance a mistake.

The upstairs bedroom is now covered with drywall and insulation. Personal items are damaged, the whole house is covered with dust and is extremely cold. There is a big crack in the ceiling of the adjacent room and it could be a matter of time before it collapses as well. We will try to remove everything out of this space before it comes down too. hopefully not on our heads while we are in there.

AND of course it's Saturday and the office is closed with no emergency contact. We will have to wait till Monday just to get a response.

Called in to ask for assistance with Vera power they were unable to help because Vera is a trash company run by lowlifes. However the amazing people at SNAP were very understanding, helpful, and compassionate about the plight of others and I got off the phone knowing if they had the ability they would have helped! Big shout out to the people at SNAP for being a great group of compassionate people, you all rock!

No one has ever returned my calls! I never get informed of any referrals! I've requested help and keep getting bounced around! It's harder when your disabled and everywhere I go I seem to be shoved aside or gotta be a drug addict to get help! It seems with all the empty spaces here in Spokane these so called housing places could do better!

I have asked snap for help and guess what nothing,...

I have asked snap for help and guess what nothing, I have no power no heat no running water. My neighbors have been my only support thank god. But here is what happened. I went broke on my house trying to fix it, my neighbor had some things done to his house by snap and he told me that they would help. This lady friend of mine went with me to snap on fort George and I talked to a lady there by the name of Kaclin. I told her what had happened and how I went broke working on this house, she then said to me I'm going to put you ahead of everyone and in a couple of days goto the downtown office and talk to a lady named Jackie I did. When I got there I talked with Jackie she told me well we don't prioritize and you have 200 people before you so you will have to wait! So I did around two weeks later I called to find out why no one called me and here is when I was lied to by these people and I quote " we can't help you, we don't rewire houses, but we can give you a loan " I said I'm not even working so how is that going to help me! A week or so later a gentlemen called me from snap I can't remember his name but he asked me some questions and saidvhevwould call me back that was three weeks ago. To sum this all up all I asked from snap was to help me bring power to my home nothing more nothing less everything else written down was by Kaclins own doing. I never asked them to rewire my home I may have asked if some could help me figure out how to tell what wires goto what fixture cause I found a switch panel full of wires but that's it. I didn't ask for no damn heating system or hot water tank I didn't ask for none of it other than help me bring power to my home so I can work on it and hopefully get a jib and fix this house. Well here it is Nov10th and nothing no help Nada not even a simple sorry for anything, my animals and I are cold I do work pt now but not enough to even keep up on some bills but we manage. Next week its going to be in the 30's at night and I fear I may have to send my animals to the pound so they don't freeze to death and that thought kills me. I don't ask much if any from anyone but I had to swallow my pride and ask. I'm just wondering how many more of people like me have been lied to by snap and have their hopes crushed. Seriously don't say things or promises you can't keep. Dennis W.
