I originally posted on September 6th; this is an update to my original post as can be viewed in the paragraph below. Chris (parts manager) contacted me the next day, and ernestly apologized for the shipping delay. He assured me he would overnight the part to me using FedEx, so as to guarantee delivery. I know sometimes things don't go as you expect, and in my world, a company and person are as good as their word. I recieved the part today as he said I would; Thanks Chris and Carlock Toyota.

After reading several reviews, I see I am not alone. I ordered a bumper guard from this company on August 21, they were very quick to process my payment. Fast forward to September 6, 2020, I still have not received the part, I have been told it is in route, and delayed with no announced delivery date. In the interim, I have received orders delivered by FedEx, and UPS. All of these items were ordered after I ordered the bumper guard. This dealership chose to use USPS, they should be using a carrier that can handle the volume they ship. Will not order from them again, and most certainly will not refer to my friends and acquaintances.
