Believe the reviews you have read about them being difficult and attempting to fool you. I'm glad I did not decide to purchase a car from them. Oh, yes, they called and called and called when I told them what it was I wanted. The first time I missed out on a fantastic deal for a 2005 Camry with under 30k. Then came the phone calls on an almost daily basis from the internet and/or sales manager. Sometimes they left messages, most times hung up. And then there were the emails. I finally found the car I wanted from my local Toyota dealership. I kindly sent the internet sales manager an email telling him I found the car I wanted elsewhere and to refrain from calling/sending me emails. At least they did that much. Since when does putting down a deposit on a car mean you are definitely buying it? Jersey law may be different, but in NY it means you want them to HOLD the car until you see it. This guy tried to tell me a deposit was a done deal and they could NOT be done over the phone. Forget them...go elsewhere.
