Can I give 0 Stars? They refused to give me the details of the business that our business "owed" money to. They did not listen! They are robots that will not deviate. They have "policies" not based on any legislation and are virtually made up. They refuse to communicate in writing, pass on debt company details or aim for solutions. They sound like they are fraudulent, yet the scary part is they are operating without impunity. They need to be shut down. The Australian government must step in. Many people would be paying just to get them off their back. They were expecting us to pay by credit card for a bill that we had never received! The company hides behind the fact that the call centre is in Fiji ...really!?!?
