Excellent experience over many years until today. Called Wednesday to report AC outage. Was told service person available Friday (today). Checked status 2PM Friday and was informed contract maintenance customers take precedence no service until "next week". Monday is holiday and no specific commitment as to when service tech would be available next week. Horrible customer communication leaving me with on Friday before holiday week-end with no AC and losing two dayswhen I might have been able to get another firm to provide service.
