Some staff are very rude and dont know how to treat their customers for the example the woman that answers the phone for the restaurant/room service keeps laughing when i try to explain to her something. The room we stayed in was the most expensive room but was filled with bugs. Same exact breakfast everyday that tasted awful. one of the women that fries the eggs is super rude. I go to the gym everyday thats next to the massage parlor. I keep my weights stacked and dont leave anything dirty. The lady comes up to me and was like why did you leave the assisted barbell on the floor (where it should be) and i am too old to pick it up. I was suprised that she talked to me like that. So many bad things in this hotel. when we left i told them to come take my bags.. the staff entered quickly with walkie talkies to report if there was something missing i guess. sooo unprofessional. My mom visits the hospital near the hotel and loved this hotel because of its coziness. Will never be back here. rude staff dirty rooms and money grabbing management. should not be a 4 star hotel!!
