I don't take giving Keffer Kia Mooreseville less than a 5 star review lightly, as I'm a sales and marketing director who understands the effect reviews have on a business. However I wanted to share the positives and negatives of my experience for those who are currently shopping for a dealer and know what they want and what they want to pay.
POSITIVES: Danna, the customer service gal who will be emailing you. She's professional and seems to-the-point and down to earth. Tammy, my sales consultant. She did a terrific job and she's the reason I bought a Kia Sorento L from them.
NEGATIVE: Chris the sales manager. Although I understand they run a business not a charity I felt his negotiation of the price was over-the-top considering I was buying a no-frills L yet he expected me to pay for a fully loaded model. When I continually refused the price given he stomped over quite visibly annoyed with me while glaring at my sales gal, which led me to believe he was blaming her for my not agreeing to his ridiculous price. He was incorrect. I'd done my research and knew what I should be paying for an L and he hadn't yet offered that price.
BOTTOM LINE: I wanted to walk out because of Chris's behavior but chose to buy a car from Keffer Kia Moorseville because of Tammy. No sales person should ever be punished for the behavior of his or her boss. Period.
