Literally buy your car anywhere else. I gave Billion the benefit of the doubt (mistake one). Although Zach was friendly and easy to talk to. I was blatantly lied to about repairs that had been "fixed" and were "ready to go". I brought in my car on the 10th of September and STILL do not have it back. As part of the purchase agreement, the AC condenser needed replaced (this is typically a 3-5 hour project max, it is now day EIGHT). I mentioned the alignment being off.--(pulling to the left) during my servicing. Keep in mind I was flat out told that the car "had some problems pulling to the left but those issues were fixed before it hit the lot". I figured they would align it (1 hour max?) and send me on my way. No. After 11 phone calls that were NEVER returned. I finally showed up in person to get some answers--only to be told that "they were looking at it" but don't worry--I'll have call with an update at the end of the day.--(never happened). The first day I asked if I could get a loaner car and I was told "yeah sorry man the cars are first come first serve" So I spent the better half of a week trying to organize 2 jobs without a car. When I finally showed up in person they acted shocked that I wasn't offered a loaner car to use.

Today I received a call that my car was ready to be picked up and that it still pulled to the left. Billion held my car with ZERO updates for 8 whole days, did not offer a loaner, lied blatantly about repairs that were NOT done. All to be told that it still pulled to the left and that "They are sorry about that."

This place did everything wrong and did nothing to make things right. It's an unfortunate business.
