Update 4.10.19. I went back last Saturday and had a very different experience and I updated my review to 4 Stars. Thank you Terranea Resort staff for your response.

I've heard many good things about this venue and my wife & friends often visit. I was invited by a friend and business partner for drinks and appetizers. Great location, and that is worth 2 stars at least, but the service level disappointed. For a Saturday night, it was not that busy, and there were plenty of staff, but still very slow and at times inattentive service. I will likely go back, but with some reservation.
