Any business with customers is in the "people" bus...

Any business with customers is in the "people" business. I came to your dealership for service, a vehicle in which I purchased from you. When your serviceman shared that it would take an hour and a half or longer I shared that I was interested in going to 5th Tavern to grab a bite to eat. Not once did he offer to have an individual drop me off due to the time it would take in the express line being super behind, so I walked over. He called to share that the vehicle was finished and I all had to do was to go to the cashier and pay for the service bill. Upon arrival I did what he told me and your cashier turned and stated you need to go back and get your serviceman and was completely unprofessional and rude. After all was said and done I was sadly disappointed that when I reached my Jeep that it was not given a car wash as with any oil change in the past I have received. I share this with you as a loyal Jeep owner in hopes to help provide better customer service to others as I am tired of my friends sharing what an amazing experiences they receive from their Toyota and Honda dealerships. Losing even a single customer can be very costly. It s critical for our US car companies to ensure positive customer service to continue to be profitable in the future. I would also like to be able to brag and share how amazing my experiences have been and refer others to your dealership.
