How do we start... THANK YOU!!!

We placed an order with this Toyota Dealership via the web. We bought the left and right sun visor and we selected next day shipping via FedEx. Items were shipped however, due to a computer glitch parts were sent second day instead of Next Business Day. Of course, we did what most of us would have done, we called their customer support and let me tell you, customer support was simply outstanding, phenomenal. We totally understand that issues with computers do come up because we have been working in the IT industry since 1998 so we suggested just getting a small refund. The gentleman @ Carlock Toyota of Tupelo gave a full refund on shipping. We were left speechless, we paused for a few seconds then offered to pay half the price, he said no: Sir, it was out mistake, we will take care of you. Wow, we @ A & R Computes, LLC are humbled by his action and we thought it would be nice to let the world know about it. We used to buy our Toyota parts @ Cavender Toyota, San Antonio TX, however from now on, Carlock Toyota of Tupelo will be our source for parts for out 2007 Tacoma Pre-Runner.

PS We had not had those sun visors for about 7 years We love them and here is a picture of our 2007 Tacoma Pre-Runner.
