Last year bought a brand new transit at this place...

Last year bought a brand new transit at this place (Bob Rohrman Ford), as part of the deal from selsperson name J.D. got 2 free oil changes and few days later got additional 1 free oil changes from customers service person as apology for bad experience with sells person ( has no idea about selling products)
Yesterday had appointment for second oil change in this location and guess what - no more free oil change. They just simply removed from my account!!! THIEVES!!!!!!!
