the good part.... the tech was able to repair the compressor unit.
THE BAD...... THE PARTS MARKUP WAS NEAR 10 TIMES THE COST OF ABOUT $65.00 CHARGED $618.00

Received their standard reply, to contact them.......... sent several emails.
NEVER received any reply from their "NO customer service rep".....RAY
