Brought car in this morning for recall fix. My husband left to pick me up at the doctor. No battery. AAA said to go back to Honda. Time elapsed, 1hr. We have now been sitting here for 2 hours and being given no consideration for our time. We have to go up and ask, still working? I have never felt so demeaned. This is my husband, Roberts, car. I will never buy another Honda. I'm very happy for my Lexus and the service they provide. I will make sure to pass this on. There is no excuse for this and the treatment we are being given.
