Dealership will respond to emails quickly but seemed to get hostile when I made a offer and provided a reasoning behind my offer. I knew my offer was on the low side hoping for them to counteroffer and we could work from there. After reading reviews from other people that have bought a "certified" pre-own BMW from this dealership have had issues with their vehicles and having issues getting them repaired I have choose to take my business elsewhere. I would recommend doing the same if you are looking into purchasing a "certified" pre-own BMW. There are plenty of other BMW dealerships in Southern California and would suggest looking into them before coming to this dealership.
