She was rude very short answers and looked annoyed when I said I am hard of hearing and needed her to repeat herself! Second she just asked for my credit card and swiped it not even discussing the price. I thought the price was a bit less and when I said something she rudely told me different! Seriously I hadn t made it to the room yet and was already thinking about checking out... Rooms are okay haven t seen the breakfast yet but if it s as bad as Check in I ll never come back! Seems to be in a good location. I hope management addresses this first impression with guest are the lively hood of your business.
