My personnel number? No idea, at MAAT you are not a number! Of course everyone has their own story. But I have been looking at my work with pleasure for years.

A reasonable company to work for, but

-you may come to work every weekend to work. There is a heavy staff shortage. The management and the office press office are at home warm during the weekend. You can also make your appearance now at Christmas. The office staff, including the directors, are now cutting the pork tenderloin again.

- you should not expect too much from the planning. If you are lucky, you do not have a different planner every 3 months. POOR SECURITY! Worthless organization they offer training courses where you pay 300 euros in advance and if you don't get your police pass you lose your money. Very dishonestly unreliable and poorly organized company. After job interviews you are officially accepted, then you say your attitude job, you start with the bbl trajectory and suddenly you are called by a so-called teacher that the trajectory does not go through anyway because of nonsense reason and they stare at what you see underneath their own people, so beware

Such low level Staffs should not be allowed to stand at all famous shops in central of Amsterdam, when they are there, customers better do not walk into the shop, shame on Amsterdam.
They see customers as trouble-maker but see themselves positioned above customers, yelling to stop customers to check the bags if alarm rings (even the alarm may with a mistake), and calling out other security staffs from other shops to come to check bags together, and if it was a mistake, they don't feel any sorry, turned the whole shopping experience into a nightmare.
Well, Holland is not Holland any more, low level refugees started standing above of local people by treating people such badly and getting a good salary.

staff is very bad, certainly a reflection of a managament.

Bad service. They know better stop their business or change a name to moderate security.

Good business. All 1 stars are probably arrested shoplifters ;-)

A top organization where you are greatly appreciated. MAATbeveiliging does its best to make it as pleasant as possible for every employee. This is my experience of the past 10.5 years.
