Very friendly service staff but, having a friendly staff can only get you so far. I took my 2011 Jeep Patriot there with complaints of bouncing while braking and problems with the jeep feeling like it was going to shut off while idling. After having my jeep for 8 hrs I had to call them to ask for their diagnosis. They then told me a list of service problem such as engine flush and break line flush ect. I agreed to the repair which cost me about 700$. The bouncing went away but there was still a filling of ill power. I wound up popping the hood to replace my spark plug and found a mound of corrosion on my battery terminals. It was so bad that the battery acid had ate completely threw my battery terminals which i wound up having to replace myself. I was very displeased by the fact that A either they never found that issue or B neglected to tell me about it. I cant imagine it was A, due to the fact it stood out like a sore thumb. This is not the first bad experience i have there. Ive taken my jeep there on several occasions and payed and arm and a leg just to have to take it to another mechanic and found out its something completely different. Needless to say i will for now either do the repairs myself or take it somewhere else. I hear Papadakis in Quincy does a great and better job.
