After a month and a half, and many many many emails later to explain to different staff about what happened, an employee on the sales team contacted me and issued a full refund.

Worst customer experience ever! I've bought a $2000 GPU, some RAMs, and some SSDs from the store in the past. Recently, I needed a DDR3 RAM, but mistakenly placed an order for a DDR4 RAM through the online store. I noticed the mistake immediately after finalising payment. So, I drove to the store to let the employees know. I bought the correct DDR3 version instead and was advised that I would receive a full refund for the DDR4 RAM in 14 days automatically as long as I don't pick up the order. So, I waited for over a month, but I have not received the refund yet. I contacted the warranty team as advised, emailed them the receipt from the store, and the order info from the online store to follow up, but they refused to refund my order, and insisted to charge a 25% restocking fee. This is unacceptable! They agreed to issue me a full refund when I was about to spend more money in the store and reneged on their words immediately after. I feel duped... Don't buy from these dishonest people.
