We have been using SOE since 2009. The service is fantastic and their Support staff are really very informative and knowledgeable and are always ready to help. The wait time is very short too which is great when you need help urgently. Ryan has given us so much support and information in the past month which has allowed us to gain confidence to reopen our practice. He was very easy to talk to and explained over and over again without making me feel uneasy. The Reassurance that he will always be there to guide and help would be made available made me feel that I could run this success programme with ease going forward. Thank you Ryan and SOE for all the help and support. The Customer success Programme will be utilised to keep our patient informed about the changes we are making in the practice to keep them and our staff safe. The Programme will deliver them with the forms that they will fill at home at their own leisure which can be accessed directly by us which will give the Dentist the opportunity to communicate the treatment plans by giving the patients more time and options for treatments. The Reception staff will also benefit as we will be going more or less paperless. We are hoping to literally bounce back with confidence once all the protocols and PPE are in place. For the future I am hoping to use this platform for the practice to grow.
