At the Novotel Pozna Centrum hotel I had the opportunity to stay many times and I was satisfied with these stays. This time, unfortunately, I can not say much good about this hotel. First of all, the renovation itself makes it not a pleasant place, and finding a restaurant is somewhat miraculous. Perhaps it would be better to have a hotel for renovation time just close and do the necessary work faster? For the second time, as a member of the AccorClub program with the platinum status, I certainly have not experienced special treatment. A very small room, although supposedly an executive, zero upgrade, no welcome gift, a long queue, because fast online cheek-in is nothing more than a name, in fact, fiction. Most of the stay did not work free internet, the restaurant has a strange atmosphere - employees whisper something, conduct some strange conversation, and the atmosphere is not very comfortable. It is difficult for me to recommend a stay at this hotel, and I will probably look for other options myself.
