Don't waste your time here. If you see an agent there for a year you'd be lucky.... Pump and dump with disregard for anything other than whats convenient for them and not the client.. Also to address the overturn issue they have had at least a handful that have lasted 3 months or less.. Finally from hearing horror stories from others decided to comment on it... Overperforming where? Look around you there is tons of competition in the area and your bad management of employees will also affect the way you handle client matters.. But avoid the truth as long as you wish.. It will probably get better eh? Probably not..
