At first we were very impressed.Very creative cuisine. Nicely presented. Nice effort. Mostly very delicious. Quail leg was a bit hard to eat and the green stuff under it too spicy. (Horseradish?) Young and unexperienced staff needs more education is various fields.
Note to the owner:
Spend at least a sommelier on a French pronunciation course. Particularly in the Michelin-level restaurant, the correct pronunciation of French wines and grapes / areas is important. Not to be juntteja!
In addition, check the background music and volume at which it is played. This evening was totally unsuitable for your level restaurant. Likewise, teach a young male waitress to answer the client politely. The customer does not answer "this is just our opinion of what is being played." STRICT: We'll be right come again.
