When asked to write a review about Gene Brazzell, I cannot think of enough accolades about him. We have known each other for many years and my personal experience when dealing with him over all the years has been nothing but excellent. Gene recently helped me purchase a new home.

His well mannered approach to all of the things he does, not only in real estate but in his personal life, makes him a perfect fit for anyone who needs to be represented by an agent. His honesty and integrity puts him atop of the qualified, experienced, and professional persons one would like to be represented by.

Mr. Brazzell was always helpful with any problems we had. He kept us informed of all listiings in the area and where we were with views. He kept realtors moving to list the property. He sold our home in record time. He is a very polite and informative Realtor. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful way to sell our Mom's home. Gene made it easy from the first day we met him through closing. He knows this area and he had done his homework. The timeframe from listing to closing was just over a month. This was the second time we have asked Mr. Brazzell to help us, the buying of the home we`re in now and the selling of my mom`s home. He is very hard working and kept up to date as everything took place. He is very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. I will use him again and refer him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Gene helped us search for and buy our first house. We had a lot of bumps due to things out of his control but he was with us every step of the way. I highly recommend using Gene when looking for a house.

Helped make buying my first house a pleasant experience. Stayed in contact through the whole process , and answered the many questions I had. Didn't try to make me buy something I didn't want. Was very patient.

Gene rented us a house on Sunset Boulevard by selling us many lies, including a "creek" just past the fence in the back yard. That creek was actually raw sewage. After heavy rains the basement that we were told was set up for our washer and dryer would flood with 2-3 feet of water including the human waste from that same "creek" with our washing machine floating in the sewage water. After about a month of living there, the roof collapsed in our living room damaging our property, and we were still expected to pay the entire amount of rent. Now by unfortunate chance we've encountered them once again as they've bought our current home that we've rented for over 3 years. They have added vinyl siding on top of rotten termite infested wood, sealing in the water and further damaging the home they plan to sell. Now during a pandemic they're dropping by harassing us to leave before we've even had a chance to set a court date. 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Do not recommend.
